Food supplement notification

Notification means submission of relevant documents to the competent authority before placing a new product on the market.

In Lithuania, Latvia and Poland state fee is paid for every single food supplement submitted for notification. In Estonia notification is free. Different notification requirements and fees is applied for food supplements made in EU and EEC counties.
